Subject: SLS: Washington Supreme Court Decision on Ralph Seeley

U.S. citizens [sic] are subject to the
municipal jurisdiction of Congress;
they are "federal" citizens.  Confer
at "Federal citizenship" in Black's
Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition.

Did the Washington Supreme Court
uphold any right of the federal government
arbitrarily to proscribe use of marijuana
by any Washington state Citizen?

There are two classes of citizenship
under American Law never repealed.
