Kemp References: <3.0.3.16.19970922211147.3d2f547e@pop.primenet.com> You have been lied to, Mary Anne. You have obviously arrived at an erroneous conclusion, before ever contacting me. Mr. Kemp volunteered to commit himself to Gadsden County Jail, without consulting with me whatsoever concerning this idea. I was working feverishly, with a Habeas Corpus expert, to keep him OUT of jail. Mr. Kemp is now in default for failing to honor a proper and lawful invoice for professional services. If he does not pay this invoice, then he could be charged with theft of professional services. I am sorry that I must inform you of these incomfortable facts, but I have a right to defend myself against the terrible lies that are circulating about the Internet. Please confirm what I am telling you here, by contacting the co-counsel for Mike Kemp's Habeas Corpus petition -- Mr. Dale Robertson, at email: <habeascorpus@hotmail.com> Please stop telling, and believing, lies about me. It is immoral, and criminal, to do so. I will look forward to receiving your written apology.
