Read "The Cooper File" in the Supreme Law Library,
and you will discover therein that BATF is NOT
in the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  For proof,
visit your local county law library, and ask the
Librarian to show you Title 31, United States Code
(if you don't already know how to locate it).
