Kemp now loaded in Supreme Law Library ("SLL") References: <3.0.3.16.19971013054051.32efff0a@pop.primenet.com> I never agreed to work pro bono for Mr. Kemp, and he never requested pro bono services. But the systematic economic retaliation which has been directed at me, now makes it impossible for me to work on any cases for free, because I now have bills which I cannot pay, for such things as phones, electricity, gasoline, and food. I expect, that admission is going to make certain people in America very VERY happy, yes? Now that Kemp ignores the outstanding bill of $1,900, and persists in falling totally silent about what really happened, I am left with no alternative but to assume that he has joined those who would continue this program of economic retaliation, whether he did so intentionally, or not. Mr. Dale Robertson is my witness. /s/ Paul Mitchell http://supremelaw.com copy: Dale Robertson At 05:59 AM 10/13/97 -0700, you wrote: > >On Mon, 13 Oct 1997 05:40:51 -0700 Paul Andrew Mitchell >[address in tool bar] writes: > >>Kemp now ignores my closing invoice for $1,900, >>making it impossible for me to do any more work >>pro bono, for anyone. > >How can you be doing pro bono work if you want the person you are >defending to pay $1,900? > >=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= >Unsub info - send e-mail to majordomo@majordomo.pobox.com, with >"unsubscribe liberty-and-justice" in the body (not the subject) >Liberty-and-Justice list-owner is Mike Goldman <whig@pobox.com> > > =========================================================================== Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris : Counselor at Law, federal witness 01 B.A.: Political Science, UCLA; M.S.: Public Administration, U.C.Irvine 02 tel: (520) 320-1514: machine; fax: (520) 320-1256: 24-hour/day-night 03 email: [address in tool bar] : using Eudora Pro 3.0.3 on 586 CPU 04 website: http://supremelaw.com : visit the Supreme Law Library now 05 ship to: c/o 2509 N.
