I never agreed to work pro bono for Mr. Kemp,
and he never requested pro bono services.

But the systematic economic retaliation which 
has been directed at me, now makes it impossible
for me to work on any cases for free, because
I now have bills which I cannot pay, for such
things as phones, electricity, gasoline, and food.

I expect, that admission is going to make certain 
people in America very VERY happy, yes?

Now that Kemp ignores the outstanding bill of
$1,900, and persists in falling totally silent
about what really happened, I am left with 
no alternative but to assume that he has joined
those who would continue this program of
economic retaliation, whether he did so 
intentionally, or not.

Mr. Dale Robertson is my witness.
