The case of In Re Grand Jury Subpoena Served on
New Life Health Center Company is now loaded
in the Supreme Law Library. The Grand Jury
has not indicted Dr. Eugene A. Burns in that
matter, and we have every reason to expect that
they will not indict him, because of the gross
prosecutorial and judicial misconduct which we
thorougly documented in that case.
However, since Dr. Burns appointed me to the office
of Vice President for Legal Affairs, on the strength
of a bogus rubber stamp, masquerading as a proper Trustee,
this fraud is now being litigated in the
U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Phoenix, Arizona.
A related case has been brought against his
accountant, Neil T. Nordbrock & spouse, for embezzling
$3,000 from me, breach of contract, and a number of
criminal torts.
Mr. Mike Kemp and I were working very closely on
his marijuana conviction, and the strategy was
beginning to ripen quite well. That strategy
was to give the federal courts a proper chance
to take jurisdiction, but they punted the case
back to state court instead, as expected.
At the precise moment that Mike decided to surrender
to the Etowah County Sheriff, without so much as
courtesy call to me or our Habeas Corpus expert,
Dale Robertson of Texas, I was writing a precedent-
setting application to the Alabama Supreme Court,
based on two human rights treaties. That court,
as you may already know, was one of the few American
courts ever to admit that we have two (2) classes
of citizens in America. Dale's Habeas Corpus
work was second to none; it too is now published
in the Supreme Law Library.
The latest information I have is that Everett C.
Gilberston is, in fact, in federal prison.
If readers here will only review the pleadings
which have now been filed with the 8th Circuit
in St. Louis, Missouri, particularly the
Motion for Rehearing En Banc, and the OPENING
BRIEF, I think you will discover that I have
done everything in my power to ensure his
permanent freedom and safety.
I could go into other details, but what's the use?
The Great Deception which has descended upon
America is that those deceived mistake truth
for lies, and lies for truth. This Great Deception
is a punishment by the Most High upon the corrupt,
the deceitful, and the ungrateful among Us.
Rather than to descend into the fetid bowels of
ad hominem argumentation and of character
assassination, let's hear some mature discussion
of the many merits which have arisen in these
various cases.
