ex relatione Paul Andrew Mitchell, Counselor
at Law, federal witness, and Citizen of
Arizona state, hereby post Public Notice of
Their specific intent to apply to the 
United States District Court, Western District 
of Oklahoma, in Cases Numbered #CR-95-110-A,
U.S.A. v. Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, 
and CR-95-111-R, U.S.A. v. Michael Fortier, 
Hon. David L. Russell presiding, for
Leave to Intervene by Right, for purposes
of seeking an indefinite stay of proceedings,
pending final resolution of the People's 
formal challenge to the constitutionality
of the federal Jury Selection and Service Act,
at 28 U.S.C. 1865(b)(1), as previously filed
with the United States Court of Appeals for
the Eighth Circuit, St. Louis, Missouri state,
in U.S.A. v. Gilbertson and Gilbertson v. 
United States et al.  The pertinent pleadings
in the latter appeal are now published in 
the Supreme Law Library at URL:
