Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO).  Also known
as "MCO", the Manufacturer Statement of Origin is
the birth certificate document for a new vehicle.
It is issued by the manufacturer to a dealer taking
delivery of a new vehicle.  The MSO can be a paper
document or be generated electronically.
