Two Questions for you, Sir:

Question #1:

Did Schweitzer advise the students in his
several classes of the high probability
that his "warrants" would end up in the
hands of the FBI? Since I never attended
any of his classes, I am forced to ask
this question, since I cannot answer it
for myself.

Question #2:

Do government employees waive their
fundamental Right to remain silent in the
face of a criminal accusation, when they
take the Oath of Office? Since I do know
much of the Law which is pertinent to this
question, I would have to say that there
is no authority for this proposition.

Therefore, a lien against government employees
cannot be perfected by signing their names on
a "true bill," merely because they have not
done so. Such a lien can ONLY be perfected
by jury verdict, issued by a lawfully convened
jury, pursuant to the Seventh Amendment. Waivers
of fundamental Rights must be knowingly intelligent
acts, done with sufficient awareness of the
relevant circumstances and likely consequences.
The Oath of Office does not contain any language
waiving the Right to remain silent, does it?

If you have any solid way to refute these two
points, I am all ears.

Please stay on point, however!

Your story about the senator is hearsay.
Let the senator file an affidavit, and
I will refute it, on the basis of what
I have written above. The Fifth Amendment
is the supreme Law of the Land, notwithstanding
anything which a Senator might say or do to
the contrary.
