The treaties in question have an explicit
reservation of standing for the states,
particularly when the federal courts
abdicate their responsibility to uphold
the U.S. Constitution. See the Supremacy
Clause. We want to keep this case out
of federal courts, because those judges
are all bought and sold, many times over.
We will find out if the state judge(s)
are also bought and sold.
