Bud,
I just had a long conversation with
a great contact, who will be extremely
helpful to everything we want to do:
Steven Rhein, CFP, MBA
Personal Financial Advisor
Registered Representative
American Express Financial Advisors, Inc.

Tucson 85711-3711/tdc
ARIZONA STATE

Recapping a very long and very
productive meeting:
1. AmEx has an open cash account,
with an internal method of assigning
separate "accounts" to individuals;
2. Such an account can be used to clear
any immediate funds which result from
settlement agreements;
3. Steve will quote a flat "retainer" to us,
against which he will bill, just like a lawyer;
4. We can "burn" this retainer as fast,
or as slow, as we want;
5. He wants to use their computer, to model various
business scenarios;
6. He needs as much information as we can provide,
as soon as possible;
7. The best information for him, right now, would
be the audited Profit and Loss statements for
the charter business you want to buy for
$200,000;
8. He will assume that this sum comes either from
a copyright settlement, within 90 days, or
he will arrange a private offering for us;
9. As for one scenario, I imagined a cash flow
from settlements of $250,000 within 90 days,
and ten (10) equal quarterly revenues of
$250,000 (one million annually);
10. As for another scenario, he wants to help
TOT facilitate the acquisition and operating
expenses for the charter business, pilot
training, tool & die upgrades, and all
ancillary costs (insurance, license fees, etc.);
11. He knows what TOT stands for, and fully appreciates
the need for TOTal privacy and security;
12. He understands that I will be the signatory on
all financial resources, as an adversarial
Trustee;
13. He also understands the real probability of
"strings" and "stings" possibly attached to
settlement checks, and will protect us against
any adverse consequences, by planning ahead;
14. I am sending him proof that certain settlement
offers have already been made to the copyright
violators (America Online, Midwest Internet
Exchange, David Feustel, Justsystem Pittsburgh
Research Center, and very soon U.C. Irvine);
15. His modeling will develop, through multiple
iterations, progressively more precise
scenarios which incorporate 1-, 2- and 3-year
horizons for low-, medium-, and high-level
business activity (like the batter's "zones"
in baseball);
16. Any additional information you can obtain about
Dept. of Interior contracts, cash flows,
operating overheads, insurance, medical,
etc., would be most helpful;
17. I got the feeling, althought he did not say
this in so many words, that if we present
a very professional business opportunity,
he would even contribute the development of
a business plan to the effort, in order to
sell the concept as a private offering,
through their internal contacts;
18. This scenario (#17) assumes that there are
unexpectedly long delays in reaching settlements
with the copyright violators;
19. What I like about this approach is that we can
proceed with planning the charter business,
without needing to make it contingent on the
receipt of settlement checks from the violators;
20. So, the bottom line here, right now, is that
you need to go to the seller and/or the seller's
agent, to request all the statements of prior
financial performance which they are willing
to provide us; I assume you will know whether or
not their numers make any sense, for that particular
market;
21. Even if we don't get settlement checks within 90 days,
American Express will probably be able to arrange
interim financing, in order to get this business
under TOT's management, if not also TOT's control,
and immediate or eventual ownership.
All in all, it was a very productive meeting.
Steve seems to be a straight shooter, and I sensed
real trust in his eyes, as I began to explore the
political and legal complexities of what we want to do,
e.g. getting $5,000 cash fast to a pilot in trouble
somewhere in South America, bringing in a private
investigator quickly if we should get a hot lead
to a missing child, even doing Citizen's Arrest,
and so on. I told him about the probable law suit
against Janet Reno in Texas, brought by me as Relator
in People v. United States.
He fully understands the meaning of TOT, and agrees to
keep this facet of the business totally confidential.
He also beamed when I said I chose American Express
because we intend to go international with private
charter services, including any travel-related
services that may be necessary. Finally, I stressed
that we are NOT trying to create a cover for smuggling
or contraband traffic. I feel as if he fully does
believe what I am telling him, and now it is up to
us to prove that we mean business, and can do
everything that we say. I still, of course, do not
know if either he, or his superiors, will balk at
what they read at the Supreme Law website, but that
is a chance we must be willing to take, in all
situations from now on. What is written there,
must remain there, no matter what!
RSVP asap.

p.s. Steve can get the traveler's checks to me,
if you send him the check. You need to decide
if you want to disclose your name/whereabouts/
etc. to him, at this time. I do not think there
will be any danger whatsoever in doing that,
because we must assume, at least for now, that
they can deliver as promised. He knows you as
"Bud", who will become senior operating officer
on-site in New Mexico state, after the charter
business is acquired and operations commence.
