This theory has been public for some
time now.  Search for "War and Emergency
Powers" and/or Dr. Eugene Schroder.

I counter by saying that Congress is
prohibited from declaring war on the
several States, because it is treason,
one of the few crimes actually defined
in the U.S. Constitution.

And one of the penalties for treason is
death.

The statute to which Schroder refers
originally exempted federal citizens
from the Trading with the Enemy Act.

Then it was amended to remove this
exemption.  There was no mention of
Citizens of the several states, however.

See my INTERVENTION and objection to
nomme de guerre just filed in the
Superior Court of the State of Arizona,
on behalf of Daren James Dean.  It cites
the statutes in question.
