By that, I mean this: what does the CONTRACT say? The Constitution can be treated as a contract, with specific terms. We now have material proof that certain amendments were never ratified, and at least one amendment is not being reported in the law library books. So, when a judge finally admits, on record, that s/he HAS taken the oath, I follow immediately with an objection, by arguing that the oath, as executed, is defective for upholding the wrong set of provisions. This matter was first explored in People v. Boxer, and further elaborated In Re Grand Jury Subpoena Served on New Life Health Center, now loaded in the Supreme Law Library. In Gilbertson's OPENING BRIEF, we refer to the matter as the "equitable nature of the oath." This brief is also available now in the Supreme Law Library. /s/ Paul Mitchell http://supremelaw.com At 09:20 AM 11/12/97 -0500, you wrote: > > >Paul, > >What do you mean by the WRONG constitution.
