Every Postmaster has authoritiy to refer
complaints to the United States Postal
Inspection Service. Check in your local
telephone book, under "Federal Government,"
for a list of Post Offices.

Each Post Office has a separate Postmaster,
and they have a lot of power (although
they will never tell you that :).

You can always call them, as well,
for the name, phone, and mailing location of
the nearest U.S. Postal Inspection Service.

It is good to make a record, even if the
Inspection Service does nothing. On the
outside of your envelopes to them, write:

     EVIDENCE: DO NOT DESTROY

Then, later on, you can subpoena them
and these documents, as proof that you
filed a complaint.

My contact in Tucson is:

  James A. Crawford
  Postal Inspector
  U.S. Postal Inspection Service
  P.O. Box 26320
  Tucson, AZ 85726-6320

  tel: (520) 388-5188
       (800) 729-3324

While you are speaking with these folks,
please mention all the documents now
loaded in the Supreme Law Library.
They are free, and the USPS has tons of
computers with which to access SLL on
the Internet.

You might also point them directly to
"The Cooper File" for the IRS genealogy.
And "The Kick-Back Racket" is always an
eye-opener for the first-time visitor
to SLL.

Good luck!
