SUBJECT: Arraignments without Counsel
Pursuant to the fundamental Right to have assistance of Counsel
for the defense, as guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment in the
Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully
amended, and pursuant to the holding of the Supreme Court of the
United States in the case of Johnson v. Zerbst, 304 U.S. 458, 468
(1938), formal DEMAND is hereby made of you immediately to cease
and desist all further criminal arraignments had without the
effective assistance of Counsel for the defense. Such a policy,
practice, procedure and/or custom directly violates the federal
criminal statute at Title 18, United States Code ("U.S.C."),
section 242, and probably also section 241. Given the nature of
the organization which you have all created, you may also be
jointly and severally liable for violating the Racketeering
Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), at 18 U.S.C.
1962. The criminal penalties for violating the RICO prohibitions
are found at 18 U.S.C. 1963; they include a fine, prison for not
more than 20 years (or for life, if the violation is based on a
racketeering activity for which the maximum penalty includes life
imprisonment), or both. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1964(a), the
District Court of the United States ("DCUS") has original
jurisdiction to prevent and restrain violations of section 1962
