State of Arizona References: <3.0.3.16.19971124062933.3cb713ce@pop.primenet.com> Hi Susan, This is an excellent idea. Right now, I am struggling to get money for food, after an accountant embezzled the last $3,000 I had in the world; then, I sued him and won a unanimous jury verdict; when that happened, his attorney wrote me a check to satisfy the judgment, then he stopped payment of that check, without telling me; his reason was "wrong amount," but his check was exactly for the RIGHT amount! So, now I must sue him, and possibly also the bank, for bank fraud and mail fraud. You must understand that my work is so embarrassing to the state and federal governments, they are now trying to starve me, and doing a very good job of it, to boot! So, I am reduced to missing meals and scraping for gasoline and rent. Thanks again for your excellent suggestions. I will put them in the "idea file". /s/ Paul Mitchell http://supremelaw.com At 04:30 PM 11/24/97 +0000, you wrote: >Dear Mr. Mitchell: >If you don't raise money this way...why don't you consider >drafting an initiative which would restore paper ballots >in the 23 states that have the right of referendum? > >Such an initiative would require some modification to con- >form with state law in each respective state...but I be- >lieve people in all 23 states would be willing to pay you >$5 or $10 for a copy of such an initiative that would >conform to their particular state requirements. > >If you have any interest in this suggestion...please advise >...since I have done some preliminary work on such an >initiative. > >Best regards, >Susan Madori > > > > >At 06:29 AM 11/24/97 -0800, you wrote: >>Details available upon request here. >> >>Please send a generous donation, >>to help us with this litigation, >>and to help us pay our webmaster. >> >>Priority service will be given >>to donors. >> >>Thanks! >> >>/s/ Paul Mitchell >>http://supremelaw.com >> >>=========================================================================== >>Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris : Counselor at Law, federal witness 01 >>B.A.: Political Science, UCLA; M.S.: Public Administration, U.C.Irvine 02 >>tel: (520) 320-1514: machine; fax: (520) 320-1256: 24-hour/day-night 03 >>email: [address in tool bar] : using Eudora Pro 3.0.3 on 586 CPU 04 >>website: http://supremelaw.com : visit the Supreme Law Library now 05 >>ship to: c/o 2509 N.
