My immediate objective is working:  
get people talking about this.

The "pick axe plan" was my
knee-jerk reaction and last-ditch
effort to STOP THE PLANE, as you
so well observed.  We have a number
of pilots addressing this problem
right now.  That is all a very 
good thing.  

Please see my very latest message,
in which I explain our pro bono
efforts with a little historical
background.

The last paragraph of that message
goes into more feasible specifics,
which should get everyone alerted
to the problem.
