But, there was no fine, if you
had previously purchased a license
for same, correct?
The $500 fine was to re-imburse the
campus accelerator for the loss
of fissionable plutonium, acquired
with funds derived from said licenses.
I can't help it: I have "lawyer-speak"
in my veins now, having struggled so
long to understand, and master it.
