RAND is a very high-classed house
of professional prostitution,
domiciled in Santa Monica, home
of Tom Hayden and his formerly
award-winning actress ex-wife "now"
turned New World Order apologist --
all the way to the bank. They wear
white lab coats at RAND and rate each
other by the number of "moves ahead"
each thinks, while playing 3-D chess
in the bomb shelter turned cheap
government-subsidized cafeteria.

All of which is, of course, exquisite
practice for such immensely important
endeavoires as Moderne Public Administration
and Fresh Fish Emulsion Derivatives from the
San Onofre Nuclear Cooling Duct Ocean Apparatusses,
a/k/a suck 'em in, chum 'em out, the latter of
which won an environmental award for most
effective positive feedback loop without
prior verbal approval of Mr. SCUBA himself,
who was busy addressing the immense social
benefits of recycled human chums, not to be
confused with your real friends, at the
United Nations Conference on Pending Human
Overpopulation in the Great Corn Belt States
and other sorely neglected plain places.

Was that a run-on sentence? Hello, RAND,
were you listening to that? What does the
computer-based run-on sentence analyzer
and person-machine interactive syntax
parser have to say about that?
