No, I am afraid you are confusing
Privileges with privileges.
The Privileges mentioned at 4:2:1
are unalienable Rights, just like
those mentioned in the Bill of 
Rights.  Similarly, the Immunities
mentioned at 4:2:1 are likewise
unalienable Rights, just like
those mentioned in the Bill of 
Rights.  Remember, the organic
Constitution came first, followed
by the Bill of Rights.  The Tenth
Amendment clearly embraces those
Rights (read "Privileges and 
Immunities") which are mentioned
at 4:2:1.  I personally believe 
that this Clause is one of the 
least understood in the entire
U.S. Constitution.
