Lately, I purchased a 1.6GB upgrade, and the install went flawlessly, even though it was my first attempt to install a new disk. When I did need to call their tech support on a minor point, they spent extra time to help me re-arrange the cables, so that the faster new drive would do most of the work. My trusty old 300MB drive is still running flawlessly, after bouncing around in the back of my truck for more than 2,000 miles of highway travels. What a difference this has been, compared to the many disk crashes I have experienced in the past. My version of Norton Utilities still cannot find any bad spots on these three drives, and I do get to pounding on them, thanks to the many Internet friends I now have. Anyway, to the People at Western Digital and everyone associated with that company, many many thanks for delivering on your promises to manufacture and service one of the best technology investments I have ever made. You now have a lifetime customer here, so please tell the world what I have said. I mean it, from the heart. Happy Thanksgiving!! /s/ Paul Mitchell ==================================================================== [Text is usually formatted in Courier 11 non-proportional spacing @] [65-characters per line; .DOCs by MS-WORD for MS-DOS, Version 5.0B.] Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S., email address: pmitch@primenet.com ship to: c/o 2509 N.
