Emmilene et al.,

The People have already sued the United States,
in People v. United States et al., DCUS, Billings,
Montana state.  Do you want to intervene, pursuant
to FRCP Rule 24(a)?  We are very close to announcing
our intervention package.  It was almost completed
while I was working at the Freedom Center in Billings.
I will have to reconstruct those documents from memory
now, thanks to their "actions" up there.
