Subject: OMB control number, Form 1040

Jonathan,

One irate Internet user complained
that this year's Form 1040 does have
an OMB number on it. I don't file
any longer, and I have too much to
do to go down to the local "IRS"
office. Have you double-checked
to see if your version of the Form
1040 for calendar 1996 has a valid
OMB number in the upper right-hand
corner, as required by the PRA?

Maybe a call to OMB is now in order.

What do you think?

rsvp

And, many thanks.

/s/ Paul Mitchell

p.s. Keep up the good work, Jonathan!
