Subject: General Delivery

Charles & John,

I have failed to tell you that I have set up
several federal cases to force the issue of
ZIP codes and USPS jurisdiction. The legal
theory I am using is my belief that the USPS
converted to a municipal corporation, which
permitted it to sell its own bonds, mostly to foreign
banks. The banks were a party to this change,
and the USPS bonds which they "purchased"
gave them a lien on future postal revenues.
Nice security, yes? Did those banks tender
any lawful consideration for those bonds?
Answer: No!

Under this theory, the USPS is operating as
a mini Federal Reserve. Add to this the
evidence now forthcoming that the USPS will
step in to protect criminal judges, and
obstruct the payment of rewards to Citizens
who present incontrovertible evidence of
criminal conduct by judges, and you have all
you need to prove that Congress is also
using the USPS to siphon money out of the
economy. See the Bauman correspondence for
evidence supporting my hypothesis. See also
USPS Publication 221 for instructions in re:
"foreign" addresses. Here's the form:

    Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris
    c/o General Delivery
    Tucson 85719/tdc
    ARIZONA STATE

"tdc" is, of course, our qualifier on the
ZIP code, which has been nailed, in my opinion,
as a nexus to federal jurisdiction. But, I do
not have AUTHORITY yet; that was one of the
reasons for the federal cases I litigated,
namely, to get declaratory relief on the
implications of ZIP codes.

A good chart would be one which compares
the Consumer Price Index (and other like indices)
with the changes in first class postage!
Without seeing the data, it would be my hypothesis
that first class postage has climbed faster
than the CPI and other indices. What do you think?

Frog in the water, warming slowly, yes?

/s/ Paul Mitchell
