Subject: SLS: federal judge qualifications

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Are any of you aware of any law
which requires federal judges to
be "citizens"?

What are the statutory qualifications
for serving as a United States
District Judge, anyway?

If citizenship is not a requirement,
then we have thrown out O'Malley v.
Woodrough altogether!! :)

Yea, team!!

/s/ Paul Mitchell
