Subject: SLS: Form 1040 (and other paper garbage)

The form Returns Taxes on the Income 
of "United States Individuals".

It is not "individual income" which is
the sole purpose of the form.

It is "United States Individuals" whose
income is being taxed, and their income
is taxable, no matter where they reside
on planet earth, because federal citizenship
follows you all around the planet, like
leprosy.

It is a franchise, like a McDonald's franchise,
which produces cheap french fries and even
cheaper hamburger, particularly out of the
people who fall into the trap set originally
by the so-called 14th amendment.

Fortunately, you can cure yourself of this
"franchise," unlike leprosy.

If you want to impress your friends, read
Dyett v. Turner, Utah Supreme Court, 1968.
Pick up where "General Lee had surrendered ..."
and read to the end.  You will thereby place
yourself heads about most law school Deans,
who never need to bother with those nasty
historical details.
