Subject: L&J: SLS: Long Beach update (:)

The august Council of the City of Long Beach
(with Short Pier) today announced an official
plan to combat the honking protest now being
planned for noon on April 15, to protest
recent announcements that the Internal Revenue
Service is really just an extortion racket,
operating under color of the Federal Alcohol
Administration domiciled in Puerto Rico as
Trust #62 [sic]. All protestors caught honking
their horns (or anything else) at that precise
time, will be arrested and shuttled in the
newly constructed Chinese cattle cars to
awaiting detention centers, jokingly dubbed
"Quack Mao Farms," where all prisoners will be
re-trained in the proper methods and places
for honking and other noise-makers that were
banned with the first amendment was outlawed
in America.

Honk! Honk!!
Quack! Quack!!

/s/ Paul Mitchell
Quacking Up Soon
