Thank you for this update.
Assuming this version is correct,
I withdraw my allegations that
Mike was being "tortured" in county jail.
Of course, his incarceration is unlawful
in the first instance, due to a Sixth
Amendment violation, so his loss of
liberty is still torture, in a certain sense.
See Johnson v. Zerbst.
Others are free to disagree on this semantic point,
of course.
Please realize that I honor your First Amendment
Right to speak out about Mike Kemp's unlawful
incarceration.
