And I am not trying to "dictate" to you. I AM trying to communicate to you a basic principle of law, which goes back centuries. You are governed by the laws(s) of the land where you were born. You also tend to acquire the language(s) spoken there. If you want to expatriate from this status, Congress has enacted statutes to make that possible. But, your birth does create certain presumptions about your legal status, and that status is tied to the land, to the territory where you were born. If you were born in D.C. and continued to live in D.C., you would not be a Citizen of any of the several States. /s/ Paul Mitchell At 03:18 AM 4/1/97 EST, you wrote: >just who is in control here anyway? should i let a book called "Black's >Law Dictionary" dictate my life? should i let the US Constitution dictate >my life? who controls the animations of my body? do you? does the Black's >Law Dictionary? who controls the firings/misfirings of the neurons and >synapses in my brains -- them carbohydrate-gorging lawyers in black robes >or moi? i'm not about to limit myself by the certain words defined by >other people. your "law of the soil" is true -- if your mind is soiled, >wash it! all the dictionaries/encyclopedias in the may burn into oblivion >but one immutable fact remains -- sovereignty is inherent in the >individual. if you don't believe this, you're "law of the soil" applies! >time to go to the laundromat. > >p.s. and all these fancy latin terms don't impress me a bit! > >On Tue, 01 Apr 1997 06:32:42 -0800 Paul Andrew Mitchell >[address in tool bar] writes: >>Objection.
