Dear Sir, Since you erred by posting this to the entire list, I feel an obligation to defend myself by posting my answer to the entire list as well. I hope this does not offend you, but you have really given me cause to defend my name, my motives, and my objectives, by what you have insinuated above. Firstly, *they* are the ones who are calling it a "War on Drugs," so there is already a "war" [sic]. The attempted amendments to the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) appear to have been intended to define all federal citizens as enemies of the United States [sic]. I regard these acts of Congress as null and void, for reasons which I elaborate below. Secondly, I have it on good authority -- a former military Colonel and veteran of many years -- that a military invasion is planned and imminent. This material is published on videotape, and in the public domain. Thirdly, I am not "conspiring" with anyone, because it takes at least two to conspire. In your opinion, is it a "conspiracy" to broadcast my written observations onto every list of which I am currently a member? I am doing this all on my own. Fourthly, my stated intentions are to suggest that people do the necessary recon, in order to get confirmation, one way or the other, about the contents of the cargo being imported in bulk shipping containers. I have spoken with military veterans, who deserve to have their fundamental Right to privacy honored and respected. It was not their idea to broadcast the messages which I authored, however, nor did I even suggest such messages to them in the first instance. Fifthly, I have stated, over and over, that warring on the several States is treason, and the penalties for treason are severe. I have been advocating openly the rule of Law, particularly the supreme Law of the Land, with emphasis on due process of law. Those who would lend validity to TWEA amendments, or other such questionable acts of Congress, are placing themselves in the position of being apologists for treason. This I will not do, despite the intense pressure I am getting to join this flock of lemmings. Sixthly, if I have probable cause to suspect that a covert invasion is underway, I have a legal and moral obligation to intervene, to stop this treason because, if I do not, then I am guilty of misprision of treason. See Title 18, United States Code, for the authority here. Seventhly, I never used, or implied, or even meant to imply, any "riots." Those are your words, not mine. Please do NOT put words in my mouth, not when the subject matter is so serious. I do occasionally use the term "riot" in a joking sense, for example, "That comedy routine was a riot. We were rolling in the aisles." I think you understand the connotation here. Thank you. /s/ Paul Mitchell http://www.supremelaw.com (some of my best to date) > >Just because "Communist" China is gaining footholds in American >harbors, doesn't prove that a ground war is starting.
