Declaratory Judgment
COMES NOW William Michael Kemp, by and through
his Counsel of Choice, Paul Andrew Mitchell,
to petition this honorable Court for a declaratory
judgment in the instant case concerning the status
of the ancient Writ of Habeas Corpus as a proper
and available remedy in this Court.

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Writ of
Habeas Corpus has now been suspended due to the
existence of conditions which warrant same,
as defined in the Constitution for the United
States of America, as lawfully amended, specifically
Article I, Section 9, Clause 2.
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the United States
of America are currently under invasion by foreign
powers which include, but are not limited to,
Chinese Communists who have secured economic and
contractual footholds in several ports-of-entry
along the Atlantic Seaboard, Gulf of Mexico, and
Pacific Ocean, for the purpose of infiltrating
arms, munitions, and other military hardware and
personnel.
