Because privacy is a fundamental Right.
A word to the wise is sufficient.
Evidently, many members of L&J have no
concept of privacy, and they certainly
exhibit no understanding of its
implications in law.
It's on a par with "life" and "liberty"
and "property" -- you know, those things
that people on this list spend hours
talking about, but never DO anything about.
Well, I'm not one of those, and happily so.
