One idea, among others, is to join together
in supporting the case of People v. United States,
in which the Plaintiffs recently filed their
Notice of Intent to Petition for Leave to 
Institute Quo Warranto Proceedings against the
Internal Revenue Service, for having no Act of
Congress which authorized the organization 
in the first instance.  

Quo Warranto in Latin means "By What Authority?"
