See upper right-hand corner of face page, e.g. Appointment Affidavits (some have it, some don't). See Paperwork Reduction Act ("PRA"), 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq. for statutory authorities. I can share the brilliant Vern Holland brief on the PRA also, upon polite request for same. Donations are appreciated, to support the ever present overhead. On a strategic point: it's time to turn up the steam against the IRS, since they are now proven to be an alias for Trust #62 domiciled in Puerto Rico under the Federal Alcohol Administration, which was declared unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1935. They have fallen silent in the face of the Federal Rules of Evidence: 201(d), 301 and 302. See "The Cooper File" for details. /s/ Paul Mitchell http://www.supremelaw.com At 11:31 PM 5/18/97 -0700, you wrote: >================[ Distributed Message ]================ > ListServer: fwolist (Free World Order) > Type: Not Moderated > Distributed on: 18-MAY-97, 23:31:26 >Original Written by: IN:freemarketeer@usa.net. >======================================================= > > >Form 1040 -- Not Required Filing > >The IRS has finally admitted publically that form 1040 is not >required filing. > >The admission is made in this year's Privacy/Paperwork Reduction >act notice for form 1040.
