Yes, they don't want you to know
about that commission.

It supports my hypothesis that the
money is flowing into foreign banks,
and it is being used to award (read 
"bribe") judges and U.S. Attorneys.

See the Anti-Kickback Act of 1986,
41 U.S.C. 51 et seq.  Mention of this
law will send most U.S. Attorneys in a 
bee line to the nearest dry cleaner,
to launder their trowsers (after 
removing the cash first, of course :)
