Amazing, utterly amazing!

I worked with Mike Kemp for 3 months.
We were in the process of removing his
case into federal court, on several
federal questions, including a FOIA
for all financial records of the Etowah
County Drug Task Force, when the county
court ordered Mike to jail. Mike suddenly
disappeared for 48 hours, and then
surfaced at the front door of the county
jail, where he surrendered without saying
anything to me about that decision, except
a phone message at 11:30 p.m., telling me
he was surrendering.

We had retained Dale Robertson for Habeas
Corpus help, and Dale and I were just about
finished with that pleading, when Mike
surrendered, quite suddenly, and without
warning. I specifically remember having
to make changes in the pleading then, to inform
the court that Mike was in custody, and
not out on bail.

Ever since then, I have been vilified by
everyone within 100 miles of the Alabama
border, except Mike, who has fallen
totally silent. His silence is quite
deafening, and the vilification tells me
a lot about where people's loyalties lie.
It must have been something which I wrote,
most of which is filed in the District Court
of the United States in Alabama.

If Mike is now in such good hands, why
haven't they prosecuted the Habeas Corpus
petition, which was one of the most perfect
pleadings I have ever seen from the hand
of Dale Robertson? Also, there was a Memorandum
of Points and Authorities to support Mike's
decision to reject licensed bar members;
why wasn't that filed, after I faxed it to
his local contacts in Gadsden?

I can supply copies upon polite request.

Last, but not least, the Relator, Rich Hayward,
told quite a story in his affidavit of probable
cause, proving conspiracy between the state
judge and prosecutor. Hayward sat outside
the judge's office, while the Prosecutor
conspired and obstructed justice in the judge's
office. For proceeding as a Relator, the
prosecutor wanted to arraign Hayward for
practicing law. How ugly can they get?

The case now belongs in the Alabama Supreme
Court, IMMEDIATELY, but I cannot work for
free, even though I charge the same rate
which is billed by Federal Public Defenders.

You will note more rude innuendo in what
follows. It is false; it is garbage.
The record speaks for itself.
