Dear Friends,

I had much difficulty getting this
dot rev to operate correctly, until
Qualcomm technical support sent me
a suggestion to start over withOUT
any TSR's resident.  This appears to
have fixed the many problems I was having
with this update file.  So, if and
when you download and execute this dot rev
(3.0.2) be sure to remove all TSR's
(except Windows Program Manager, of course).

I am still using Windows 3.11 (for reasons
I won't explain here).

Qualcomm gets the credit for isolating
the problem.  Many thanks to their
excellent staff for coming to my 
assistance on the weekend.
