The document we just broadcasted to all clients
of the Supreme Law School can be obtained from
Us for by sending $10 to cover handling, materials,
and shipping.  Our shipping location is at the
very end of this message.  This is a pivotal 
document showing how the State of Oklahoma has
contracted with the IRS for "collection" and
"coordination" activities.  This contract is
a real eye-opener, particularly since We have
now established that the IRS has no jurisdiction
or authority within any of the 50 states of
the Union.

"Agreement on Coordination of Tax Administration"
recently received from the Oklahoma Tax Commission
("OTC"), attached please find a .ZIP compressed
file with the following components:

.ASC  my letter to OTC, in plain ASCII (dated June 2, 1997)
.DOC  my letter to OTC, in MS-WORD for DOS, Version 5.0B
.BMP  windows bit-mapped images of scanned originals
      (use Windows PAINTBRUSH, or similar graphics viewer)
      (use the printer dialogue window to zoom the image)

file 00.BMP is the OTC cover letter to Dan Meador
file 01.BMP is page one of the Agreement
file 02.BMP is page two of the Agreement

file 13.BMP is page thirteen of the Agreement


The next step will be a FOIA to the Secretary of
the Treasury, for all 50 versions of this Agreement,
one for each Union state!

You can tell that the IRS wrote this agreement, 
because they left blanks for the several states
to fill in their specific information.

This is a blockbuster.  You may already know that
Dan Meador has sued the State of Oklahmoa to overturn
this agreement between the OTC and the Commissioner
of Internal Revenue.
