I will venture to predict that if, 
and when, a special grand jury gets
a hold of any records from the
Performance Management and Recognition
System, that heads will begin rolling
down the full length of Pennsylvania
Avenue, through the storm drains,
and right into the AMF pin spotters
at Pentagon Lanes, Arlington, Virginia.
You think I am kidding, don't you?
