Richard,

I realize we have a problem with
underlined cites. I have been using
a style recommended by the Supreme Court,
and lots of federal courts. Why don't
we go with italics? I think there may
be a way to globally change all underlines to
italics, with confirmation. Then,
we can make one pass with this "style"
change, and go with italics for all
citations on the Internet. Richard
McDonald tells me that he has found
some state courts which want their
cites formatted that way (italics).
Let's get Dean in on this discussion,
because he is my Internet consultant.
Dean, are you listening to this?

We are working on fund raising.
You must be your own judge of your
time right now, however. So, if
your volunteering is causing you
to suffer in other ways, please
get back on your chosen track.
This stuff is not urgent, not yet
at least.
