It is incorrect and will be refused
for cause, probably today, if I can
find the time.

  Does this
>comply w/ your demand?

No, the Plaintiffs did not petition
the county court for the Warrant of
Removal; they petitioned the DCUS
3-judge panel for the Warrant of
Removal. So, Judge Wilson ruled
on a motion which was not before him.
The 3-judge panel has not been convened
yet, but I am behind in my mail because
The Freedom Center in Billings is not
forwarding my mail. I have contacted
the Postmaster for assistance. Judge
Wilson evidently wants to wash his
hands of this case; he has done similar
things in the past. People v. United
States has been docketed in the DCUS
in Billings, Montana state. I tendered
gold to pay the fee, but the Clerk
refused it. I ended up paying with a
U.S. Postal Money Order, and 20 FRN's
(total of $120.00).
