Remember, the DCUS can only allow a presiding judge whose compensation is not being diminished by federal income taxes, pursuant to Evans v. Gore. >Is the Federal Rules of Proceedure >the same for District Court of U.S.? Yes, for the most part. Just be aware of the wording as you read those rules and statutes.
