>Dear Mr. Mitchell,
> I received your paper "Karma and the Federal Courts".
> Thanks, I really like it.

You are very welcome.
I like it too. :)

>How do you get into the District Court of U.S.?

Title it properly, cite its jurisdiction
properly, then file it properly. If the
clerk uses the wrong stamp, object to
the incorrect stamp in writing (so as
not to "offend" the clerk).

>If your case is set in
>the U.S. District Court, is it possible
>to change to District Court of U.S.?

Yes, with a Removal. I will attach
an example, for your review and
comment. Remember, the DCUS can
only allow a presiding judge whose
compensation is not being diminished
by federal income taxes, pursuant
to Evans v. Gore.

>Is the Federal Rules of Proceedure
>the same for District Court of U.S.?

Yes, for the most part.
Just be aware of the wording
as you read those rules and
statutes.

For example, 18 USC 1964(a)
refers to one court, and
18 USC 1964(c) refers to
the other one. Just be on
your toes, because this is
a very subtle fraud.

>Thanks again,
>Phyllis
