Robert,
I have never heard this, and
I would like to get more.
What is the cite, if any?
Moreover, it is doubtful
that a state Supreme Court
would ever overturn such a
well researched case, without
equally compelling research.
Please share what you can,
e.g. parties, year, etc.
It does happen, however.
See Dyett v. Turner for a
good example: e.g. "We feel
like galley slaves ...,"
wrote the Utah Justices. :)
But, in fairness to the facts,
the Utah Supremes did not HOLD
that the 14th was never ratified.
So, Janet, you can take that
pawn, but our next move is a
powerful fork. Say goodbye,
Queen!
So, don't feel so isolated;
a lot of people in high places
have been angry at the feds
for a very long time.
