Time: Wed Nov 13 09:30:40 1996 To: Vern Holland From: Paul Andrew Mitchell [address in tool bar] Subject: residual support for your efforts Cc: Bcc: Dear Vern, I presented a proposal to one of the local distributors for Pre-Paid Legal this morning. I believe they are headquartered in Ada, Oklahoma: 1-800-654-7757. I asked him if he would take to his superiors my offer to bring in 10,000 new subscribers, over the next 18 to 24 months, provided that he would make it possible for all of them to join without disclosing Social Security Numbers. I also explained that it would be feasible to bring in 50,000 new subscribers over the next 2 to 5 years, depending on certain factors that are now beyond our control. You came to mind, because I know that you would benefit enormously from a reliable source of residual earnings. You could also do this using a "pen name", as a code to ensure your privacy, just like Mark Twain (aka Samuel Clemens). Finally, they might be VERY interested to meet with you and talk with you about your expertise in Quiet Title (and a few other things as well). Infiltrate whenever possible, I always say. :) If you would be interested in this idea, let me know, and I will give some thought to orchestrating a memorandum of law for the benefit of Pre-Paid's board of directors. They are an Oklahoma corporation, and they are listed on the AMEX. In 1987, Pre-Paid Legal Services was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the country. I would only ask that you allow me to be your sponsor. Thanks very much. /s/ Paul Mitchell
