Alfred,

There is a good chance we can
remove that case into federal court,
and do so before sentencing.
I just need a green light from
the defendant, and the minimum
retainer of $500.  Have any ideas?
I also need the paperwork so far,
at least the indictment, court name,
attorneys, etc.  Can you supply?
If not, who can?
