Sentencing for 90 days, to make time
for the new assistant Counsel
to prepare;  we can supplement
this with a memorandum based
on the Sixth Amendment:  it's
an absolute knock-out brief
which is incredibly thorough.
See attached memorandum of
Points and Authorities, for
all the law citations.

We should prepare a limited 
Power of Attorney in Fact,
so the court knows who I am
and what my role will be.
If you are currently being
"represented" by a licensed
bar member, you will need to
fire him (her).  Okay?

We will NOT tip our hand in
this Motion to Continue;
it is very routine, and 
reviewable on an interlocutory
appeal if the judge denies it.
That will buy us even more time.

Also, get me a copy of your State
Constitution, specifically the
section on right to Counsel, 
if any.
