Subject: ALERT: VIGIL PLANNED
Cc: Mike Kemp
Bcc:

Dear Dot,

Mike will not be sentenced,
if the Motion to Continue Sentencing
is filed and granted as planned.
The new assistant Counsel needs time
to prepare, and this is grounds for
requesting a routine continuance
of 90 days, to protect the defendant's
Right to effective assistance of
Counsel of choice. So, stay tuned
here; the Motion is being planned
and written as we speak.
