Time: Thu Nov 14 19:02:12 1996 To: Libertarian Students at the University of Arizona <LIBERTARIANS@LISTSERV.ARIZONA.EDU> From: Paul Andrew Mitchell [address in tool bar] Subject: Clarence and Fife Cc: Bcc: Dear Americans, Mandamus will lie to compel Dupnik to comply; the People are the Sovereigns in the Arizona Republic, and if Dupnik doesn't like this reality, he can face a special recall election. That is the lawful way to show him who's really the Boss around here. BTW, I don't believe the Arizona Constitution authorizes the Governor to veto voter initiatives, but I would need to confirm this with a careful look at that Constitution. Does anybody here have the last word on that question? Thanks. I am standing by. /s/ Paul Mitchell At 05:44 PM 11/14/96 PST, you wrote: >I'm a juke box that only plays one song: > >Governor Fife Symington's Tucson office's phone number is 628-6580.
