This is an update on 10502 service.

They have an 800 number, with a voice
menu.  Call:

  1-800-569-8700 

and select menu option 1 for
residential service support.

This will switch you to a human operator.

The woman with whom I just spoke was
very friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Their flat rate for long-distance calls
is $0.09 per minute, anywhere in the
continental United States of America,
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and 
the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In Guam, peak rate is $1.32 per minute
(2 p.m. to 8 p.m.);  off-peak rate is
$0.68 per minute (8 p.m. to 2 p.m.).

I did not ask about American Samoa,
the Trust Territory of the Pacific
Islands (or other insular possessions
in the federal zone).
