Mike,

One page FOIA appeal exhausts your
administrative remedies in this matter,
then your next remedy is a Petition to
Compel Production of Documents and to
Enjoin Unlawful Withholding of Same,
5 U.S.C. 552 et seq.  This petition
is filed in the District Court of the
United States, not the United States
District Court.  This may be another
federal question, if they plan to 
put you into a slave labor camp, 
upon incarceration.  So, file that
appeal YESTERDAY, if not sooner!!  :)
