I came back to a maelstrom.
Phone installer got extremely
rude, insulting, and obnoxious
with me today.  I had to demand
that he leave.  My associate
thinks they were taking extra
time to install taps.  I had to
make two long calls to repair;
fortunately, the second woman
was very sympathetic. 

I am back up on the Internet,
and thought I would just send you
this brief note.  I am so very
thankful for all the wonderful
things you did for me during my
stay in Texas.  I tried to call
you this evening, but I got the
modem.  So, I am trying this 
message now.  I will probably
be up the rest of the night,
answering the 1500+ email messages
that were waiting for my phone
to be reconnected.

important news to share with you.
